How do you print my item?
Tshirtgram prints from Melbourne using high quality direct garment printing with eco-friendly inks to create awesome looking full colour custom creations.

How long will my item take to arrive?
We offer Australia wide Standard and Express shipping options at checkout. If you need your tees by a specific date on short notice send us an email to let us know and we'll confirm if we're able to get them to you in time. Large orders may take longer to be delivered depending on the time of year and courier delays due to covid/christmas so check with us first before placing your order. hello@tshirtgram.com.au

Can I work with you guys via email instead?

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum! Order 1 T-Shirt or multiple! For larger orders over 10 get in touch with us for a quote!

What sizes do you offer?
We provide a range of sizes from S - 3XL for men and S - 2XL for women. Before checkout you'll have the option to select your size and view the measurements. If you're looking for a size that's not listed send us an email hello@tshirtgram.com.au

Returns
We're in this to make awesome prints and positive vibes! If you're not 100% happy with your purchase you can simply return your item within 30 days of making your order for a refund less postage cost. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
